The Sting Academy program is a full-service soccer program for players U5-U10. Players can expect professional, high quality coaching in a fun and positive environment that will develop both the person and the player through our sophisticated curriculum and our five unique Academy Player Goals
Academy Game Conditions
Our Academy teams will generally play in the following formats but can change dependent on developmental needs and league/tournament regulations.
U5-U7 – 4v4 (No Goalkeepers).
U8-U10 – 7v7 with a goalkeeper and a retreat line.
U10 – When development requires teams may play 9v9 with a goalkeeper and no retreat line.
About Little Stingers
The Little Stingers program is a professionally coached skills and game training program for 3-5 year olds. Our program is 6 weeks long with sessions held once per week. Instruction is imaginative, fun, and engaging with age appropriate and developmentally specific curriculum. The goal? To inspire and promote a love for the game while teaching young players the skills that become the foundation for soccer success!

About Club Teams
Sting offers boys and girls programs at multiple levels of play with teams placed in a number of leagues that compete locally, regionally and/or nationally. In addition to league play, these teams often participate in tournament play and/or showcases throughout the year. Teams are required to practice a minimum of two times per week and is a year-round program with scheduled breaks.
Sting has an online payment system for you to register your player, manage your payments and account information, and sign-up for events within your Division throughout the year.
The goal of the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) is to change the landscape for elite female soccer players in the United States with innovative, player-centered programming and to enhance the overall experience by creating a better, more enjoyable, and more successful player, coach and club development model.
