Sting West 98 volunteered at Rapha International on Saturday, November 7th after their soccer game. The girls brought various items like toys, school supplies, books, clothes, candy, and hygiene items to send to girls at the Texas / Mexico border. They boxed all the items and wrote notes to the girls before mailing the boxes off. The girls also helped sort medical items in their warehouse. It was a very rewarding experience for the team because these boxes may be the first Christmas gifts that these children have ever received.
Contributing to the community is very important of the Sting Soccer Club. Thanks to all of the players on Sting West '98 for their help and effort within the community. This contribution truly exemplifies what it means to be a Sting player.
