Sting West 99 played a tough weekend of soccer in the GSSA 2010 Soccerfest Tournament.  After a tough loss to Sparta 99 (0-1), a LHGCL Division 3 team on Friday night, the girls came back with a bang on Saturday. 

With 10 goals scored, and only 2 allowed, Sting West ’00 Adams won the 2010 GSSA Soccerfest tournament. Sting won all five games they played, including wins against Solar – Tarrant (3-0), Liverpool Jamie (3-1), and Solar Red – Tsapos/Missimo (1-0) in group play.

Sting West ’98 recently won the Cowtown Classic Tournament held May 7^th - 9^th in Fort Worth. The team won all three games in pool play and advanced to the semifinals, where they dominated with a 5-1 victory.

JATO Athletics has partnered with Sports Studio out of Los Angeles to help put on a casting combine for future movie, tv, or commercial stars from ages 8 to 38.

Sting Soccer Group is proud to announce the commitment of 18 players from the Sting West Division who will further their education and playing careers at the collegiate level.

Sting West 98 recently took home Silver in the TAAF Winter Games of Texas Tournament. Sting lost to TFC in a very competitive, well played Championship match, where Sting came out on the unfortunate side of a 1-0 decision.

Sting West 98 volunteered at Rapha International on Saturday, November 7^th after our soccer game.  The girls brought various items like toys, school supplies, books, clothes, candy, and hygiene items to send to girls at the Texas / Mexico border.

The Sting West ’97 and ’99 teams delivered donations to the SafeHaven Women’s Shelter in Fort Worth over the weekend. The teams collected items from neighbors, family members, and friends over a few weeks and brought them to the shelter this past Saturday, August 29^th.

Sting 00 West - Adams finsihed 2nd in the Ayses tournament recently. The team went undefeated in bracket play with a perfect score of 30 points (12 goals for and 0 goals against). 

Those of you that were at the Sting Night @ TCU last year were a part of an amazing atmosphere as TCU took Nationally Ranked Texas to overtime.  This year Tom Stone’s Texas Tech comes to town to battle Mountain West Conference Pre-Season #2, TCU in an exciting NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer match.

Sting West Royal 97 started helping their community this past weekend by volunteering at Mission Arlington. 

Sting Soccer Group is proud to announce the college commitments of 6 players’ from the West division who will further their education and playing careers at the collegiate level.

Several players from the Sting Soccer Club participated in the 2009 Region III ODP Championships January 15-19 in New Orleans, LA. The girls beat Alabama and Florida in the first two games, which placed them in the Championship game against Georgia. 

It’s the giving season and the girls from Sting West Blue ’93 wanted to give a little Christmas cheer to the kids at Cooks Children’s Hospital over the holidays.  

Sting West Royal '96 failed to yield a goal throughout the entire tournament as it outscored its opponents 17-0 in six games on its way to claiming the Austin Labor Day Cup Championship. 

Sting West Royal ’93 rolled through the competition last weekend on its way to winning the Dallas Texans Austin Elite Invitational Tournament held in Georgetown, TX. 

Sting Soccer Group is proud to announce that 16 players have signed national letters of intent in the West Division and aim to make their mark at the next level at universities across the country.
